I would not recommend Assurance Painting Team under any circumstances. I hired them to stain and seal two redwood decks, including stairs and railings. They sprayed on two coats of stain and then rolled on the final coat leaving globs of stain from the roller and a mottled finish. A flat applicator should have been used to insure even application. The railings are a mess too. Runs and missed areas are everywhere and not indicative of professional work. On day three of the job, one of the painters brought his 6 or 7 year old daughter to the job site. A huge liability for us since no one was watching her and we have an inground pool adjacent to the decks. Finally, I object to all the cigarette butts left on the ground in the front of our house where they parked and left oil stains from their cars and trucks. I have photos of the sloppy work and wish I could upload them here. FYI the "Office" address on their letter head is a mail box at a UPS store.
