I told Bob the exact specs on the phone for my project, but he came unprepared and unable to even begin the job. No biggie I thought, things happen. He promised to get what he needed and get back to me, but never called. When I called him again, he did the same thing - promise to get back to me and never did. Clearly he didn’t want the job - but didn’t have the curtesy to just say that and instead just blew me off
