What a joke! At Ease Pools definitely did not put me at ease. They were paid for a pool opening, came in told me my electrical unit was messed up and that my pump was messed up and that they wouldn't be able to finish their opening until it was done. Well, we got everything fixed and called them in to finish opening and they are refusing to finish. Terrible work!

At ease pools gets a D-
At ease pools. The name literally speaks for itself.
We used them for a pool opening and they did NOT finish the job. They claimed that my pool filter would never work and that I would need a new one. I actually spent the time and put it together myself and guess? what it works!
Bottom line is they made a mess, they complained about our dated pool equipment and made up excuses of why they could not finish the job.
They got paid for a full opening but never finished the job.
When I called to tell the At ease pools representative A….n 631-736-3495 that I was able to put the filter together A….n did everything he could to blame us for why he did not finish the job.
At ease pools gets a D-
Don’t recommend them at all.

It never ceases to amaze me that every year they come to open the pool they find something else wrong with my filter or pump. It obviously has nothing to do with shoddy work. I had a few other pool companies take a look and they stated that all the piping was done wrong. They also never used a sealant on the pipes and now they are all leaking.
