  Window cleaning

  I had them wash my windows and they were awful, so slow - it was a timed job and the guys were so slow. After 3 hours and me having to tell them what to do to get the windows up and down - I just asked them to leave. They didn't even get the outsides done in the 3 hours. I wish I had read reviews before I hired them.

  I had an oak floor installed The men were on time, courteous & very careful. Floor looks great. We're very pleased. They also sanded & refinished my stairs. Another good job. I'll hire them again for kitchen floor. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys.

  Wash windows

  $125

  Unbeliveably BAD

  Worst ever. I hired them just to wash windows and now I'm looking for someone to put the windows and screens back on their tracks so I can open, close, and lock them. The guy left a screen on my fire escape and pushed another into the back yard. He had no idea what he was doing and when I called the owner he was amazingly nasty. The Better Business Bureau gives them a D+. Don't even think about hiring them!

  floor refinishing

  Awful!! Had wood floors refinished, they left my floors with drum lines and not sanded properly. The floors that should be as smooth as a baby's bottom were left rough like an emery board. The "general manager" refused to let me speak to the owner after he told us we would have to wait 4 days for someone to return to fix it..He was arrogant, rude and obnoxious. They returned to resand but still not correct. The only nice part was the women that answered the the phones. Extremely disappointed. HIRE SOMEONE ELSE. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

  Horrible! They send a different person every day, so I had to re-explain everything. They were late almost every day, so I was late for work. The work was beyond terrible. There were so many drum marks in the hardwood floor the first time, they had to re do it, more mess more time. the spackle work is terrible, all had to be redone, globs of dried dripping spackle. the only good thing was they refunded a portion of my money when we mutually agreed to end the contract.
