I hired Atem last year to do my addition in Miami Springs. Eduardo the owner was extremely professional. He worked the project according to the timeline and even went above and beyond by offering his knowledge in areas outside of this project. I would highly recommend Eduardo and would absolutely use him again.

I am currently using ATEM Construction for a complete home remodeling job. I am so happy I went with Eduardo Soto. His contract was detailed and he spent time not only going over the contract but about home details that was extremely informative. Originally I was only going to use ATEM as my shell contractor but after seeing Eduardo and his crew at work I have decided to use them for pretty much my whole house. He is very professional, thorough and communicates all aspects of the project with me. I highly recommend ATEM!

Yes I will recommend. It is a small company but Mr. Soto always responds the phone calls and updates progress as well as having very good workers. We had a few delays due to rain but the outcome was well worth it.

Strange and odd behavior! I made an appointment with Eduardo Soto of Atem Construction for 9 am to get and estimate for an addition. He shows up at 5 am banging loudly on my door screaming: "Let me in, I'm Eduardo, I'm here for the addition, let me in, I'm Eduardo, I'm here for the addition" repeatedly... I did not know this man, only spoke over the phone and was not about to answer the door at 5 am. Maybe he thought I was someone else, I don't know, but I do know I did not make an appointment with him at 5 am. This is the reason why I am NOT returning calls. I can't recommend this company for anything based on my experience.
