I hope Daniel's finances are better than they were in 1991 - 1998 when he was sued by several homeowners for failure to pay supplier's bills with money that the homeowners had paid to him for roofing supplies and materials. His failure to pay the suppliers resulted in liens being placed on the homes of several homeowners. He eventually repaid at least some of the homeowners over a period of years (without interest) for the amounts they had to pay to the suppliers to have the liens removed. The homeowners did not recover the legal costs that they incurred or the loss of earnings on the money they had to take out of savings to pay the suppliers. The 1991 - 1998 time period represents the period from when payments were made to Daniel to the time final repayments were made to some of the homeowners.
