    Full house addition
    $400,000

    Literally demanded changing our contract type after he received more than our lump sum contract asked for so he could get more money. Left my small family living in an unfinished house. Did not finish contracted work. Refused to work things out and cut off communication with us. Had to get attorneys involved. Still in the middle of this mess so I can't say more at this time. The most terrible contractor experience I could possibly envision. Avoid at all costs.

    Atkinson Remodeling is a great company. Scott is so creative and has a wonderful team. He was great when working with insurance companies, zoning, permits etc. I would use him again in a heart beat. He is a great friend and we worked together very well.
