    DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER. Sal Nikocevic has conspired with the landlord of our rent stabilized apartment in lower Manhattan to lie and present false evidence in a notorized document to be presented in a court of law regarding the moving of a gas line in the said apartment, He correctly states that his company was involved in the remediation of conditions in the building that resulted in the termination of gas service to the entire 36 unit for a period of 6 months and therefore admits responsibility for gross oversight and unprofessional conduct
    In the notorized document he makes false and unsubstantiated statements accusing tenants of tampering and creating hazardous conditions in order to aid the landlord to destabilize the rental unit. He should have his licence revoced
