Atlanta construction just completed a complete rebuild of the neighboring property to my home. It was an absolute nightmare of a year! So glad their project is done and they are finally leaving the site. Trouble started day one of the project when they demolished the house WITHOUT any protective gating around the property. Nails, wood and asbestos for sure all exposed in mounds of debris easily accessible from the street. This location was just one block from a local elementary school! School guard at the cross walk 2 houses away! During the project mountains of trash left all over the front yard. It would frequently blow onto my property. I would on a daily basis have to pick debris off my landscaping and driveway. A house guest had a puncture in their tire from a nail in the street from their site. Worst of all was the awful odor from the port-o-san(using term loosely) that was ever present. I could not leave the windows on that side of my house open as it smelled worse than a public restroom in a homeless shelter. Worst of all were the rodents present in the trash heaps in front of the house. This was only cleaned up by Atlanta when several complaints were made and threats to report to the city government. Think twice before hiring this company if you ever want to face your neighbors after the project is completed.
