My experience was terrible. I should have never paid him anything up front. He charges $35 just to come out and look at the job, then promise to send you an estimate later when he gets around to it. In my case, I stupidly gave him $35 (but I remembered to get him to sign a cash receipt) after he spent some time criticizing my house in areas other than what he was there for. He was arrogant, condescending, and very defensive about any questions. He said he would send me his estimate "sometime next week" which never happened. It wasn't until I had another contractor working on the job that he called me to schedule a time to bring his concrete guy over to look at the job with him again and give an estimate - which I had already paid for in advance but never got. I informed him that he was much too late responding and that was just fine with him. He didn't want the job anyway. I would advise homeowners to avoid Keith Tindle - AKA - Atlanta Custom Construction.

I was so pleased with Keith Tindle, he repaired my deck was very professional, didn't talk me into anything not needed. As problems arose we talked about them and he advised me. He was fair and did a professional job.
I also had him pressure wash my house, and paint the outside. He did a wonderful job. My house hadn't been painted for a long time, I have storm windows and he had to take them off, open windows that were stuck. He did a professional job.
I recommend him and will use him again. He was caring and knew what needed to be done and how to do it!!!
