Bill did an insulation job for me. He installed insulation for my entire garage ceiling. Bill is an excellent communicator and his price was fair. I questioned him about the insulation he was putting over water pipes and he was professional and non-judgmental in his response (I was so wrong as insulation should cover water pipes). His knowledge of home repair/renovation is outstanding. I highly recommend Bill for any home repair or renovation.

We received a quote from Bill but decided to go with another contractor based on price. Bill was very friendly and explained everything in way that was easy to understand. He answered all my questions promptly.

Our bathroom floor tiles were cracked and the floor was caving in. Bill was able to jackhammer the floor out reinforce the frame and replace floor and the fixtures. He has a great personality is easy to get along with and is very knowledgeable doing various types of construction. He was on time and on budget. We would not hesitate to hire him again.

I hired this contractor through your recommendation to reseal my roof. Gave him a $500.00 deposit for materials. He says he needed 2 days of non freezing weather to effectively reseal the roof. I then changed my project to install a new rubber roof. I have not heard from him in awhile as I assume it is also too cold to do that. Now you have given me my last chance to review him. I really don't know how to rate him because he not started or you because this is my last chance?
