I wish I could say the same thing as the review above, but I can't. We have dealt with Steve several times in the past and always felt he was honest and reliable. So when our a/c unit had to be replaced, we hired Atlantic to do the job. It took them over two weeks, they forgot to pull the permit and had different workers show up every day. We now have unfinished items that need to be addressed and I have left over a dozen messages and sent many emails and have not heard one word. We had one worker come out to look at the problems, try to charge us a service visit and now is no longer with the company. It is very disappointing to trust someone with a major project and than have them not stand behind their work. I am so frustrated by this experience and unfortunately, have no recourse. My fiancé has actually done some of the ducting work that was not completed. But the other items need to be addressed by the company. Until I learn the reason for Steve's lack of response and unprofessionalism, I cannot recommend this company.
