I live in Spring lake Hills Altamonte, FL After hiring Gracie pools under an agreed price contract to fix my popped pool, the owner took a 5k deposit. He came out a few times to drain the pool and noticed a few cracks developing. After, he claims its going to take an additional 17k and a complete pool removal. I found another professional pool company who came out and assessed the pool. His 20 years experience paid off! He's not only is fixing my pool for less but is also giving me a 5 year warranty. Gracie Pool owner claimed our contract was un-refundable. After threats of legal action, he agreed to give me 2,500 back. Extremely manipulative, would only call my wife with BS explanations. Do not hire!
