Rene is terrible at communication. He missed every single appointment he scheduled. His deadlines were never met. All the materials he promised to handcraft were stock. He took almost four months to complete a small kitchen. His own workers think that he is irresponsible, and agreed that all the work was done was a mess and irresponsible.
He measured the cabinets wrong, or did not measure them at all.This mean that the expensive counter-top stone that we purchased was not cut properly and later had to be re-cut. This caused further delays, expenses, and stress.
The kitchen was not complete. Outlets were not installed. There were scratches in the newly purchased cabinets, and some were stained with sharpie ( from when the hardware was installed). In addition, there are multiple finishing mistakes both in the roof and in the walls. The sink did not have a seal. There is a long list.
Rene was paid in full, and to this date he has not provided the certificate of completion for the work that he performed. He had the audacity to ask me to write it for him so he could sign it.
Bad news. Call another company your construction or restoration needs.
