  Pool construction

  Beto Rivas is a complete fraud. NEVER trust a thing out it this man’s mouth. Cuts corners, doesn’t honor his contract, build quality sucks!! Could have killed my family as he didn’t get 3 of the last inspections and didn’t ground my pool to the equipment. Called the electrician I hired for a separate project a liar when he pointed out the pool wasn’t safe. Run away from this guy- nothing good will come of it. Wish the city would do their job and protect the consumers and shut this guy down!! Three years of problems and 75,000 down the tube as I am removing the entire pool and starting over!

  Build pool

  I would not hire this company again. The build went well but once final payment was made we became invisible to them. Their warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. We need our plaster repaired under warranty and owner Beto Rivas refuses to honor his warranty. It was reported to him 6 months ago and still no resolution. Also the lights they installed have never worked correctly and they refuse to correct that too! I’ve never dealt with a contractor with less integrity that the Rivas brothers. My advice, find a different company to build your pool!

  They built a pool for us and the hot tub leaked from the first day. The leak caused the deck to start falling apart. The owner tried a couple of quick fixes instead of doing it the right way because it would be more expensive that way. He told me he would come back and fix it the following week. He never came back and just made excuses for 2 years and basically avoided me. He did not honor his warranty or his word and runs his business without professionalism or integrity.

  Pool and Spa install

  After getting multiple quotes for our pool and spa install, we decided to go with Atlantis Custom Pools and Spas. The pricing was very transparent, the quote was given right away. A big concern for us, was the surrounding yard, since we had already landscaped and impact the construction would have. They prepared the job site adequately, preserving our existing landscape. After the installation was complete, our yard was restored to perfection. We definitely made the right choice. Beto and his crew were truly outstanding. They arrived on time and ready to work hard. The project was completed within the scheduled timeframe. Beto, Steve and the whole crew were wonderful to work with. They listened to your wants, and IF asked will give you an expert opinion. We are pleased with our pool and spa, Atlantis Custom Pools and Spas transformed our backyard into the oasis we dreamed of. We highly recommend them.

  Pool and jacuzzi

  Looks can be deceiving!! I am a cancer patient who out to build a pool last September for my girls and still have not been able to get them to come out and finish. They installed waterfall lights that don’t work and his electrician cannot even figure out the issue. They installed a broken water filter that continued to allow dirt to accumulate in the spa and now has stained the plaster that he installed and won’t come to fix the issue. My recently installed deck is already cracked. Some workmanship there, but they say they don’t have to babysit their guys because they know what they’re doing. What they’re doing is giving me unneeded stress for just under $40k. They refused to accept the filter didn’t work, but wanted full payment before this disaster of a pool was even completed. Damaged side wall to my home, gas pipe from wall pulled to the side and rusted fittings installed. The decking was a disaster and crooked and I had to be supervising their guys because they couldn’t be present to ensure that it was done correctly. Had a gas leak afterwards that I had someone repair and they laughed about it, and the list goes on. After weeks and weeks of practically begging them to come finish they are refusing because they want all payment, despite all these pending repairs. Run away from these false advertisements as fast as you can!!!! ZERO INTEGRITY here.
