    $60,000

    the worst pool I ever had and charged the most but never finished the job. 3 years later the pool is falling apart. The quality of the job is zero.
    DO NOT HIRE THEM !!!!!

    Very good pool design and pool turned out beautiful. However, terrible customer service. Actually, the worst contractor I've ever worked with. I could not get them to finish with any urgency and they have left me high and dry once I paid them (I have a punch list of about 5 items). Job and project management was awful, I got zero attention even though my pool and spa was very expensive and workers took no responsibility for damages to my property including, punching a hole in my house, damaging my newly stuccoed walls and they even had the gall to take rocks from my yard which I had to replace at my own cost. Awful, awful, awful.

    “We first met Sean with Atlantis Pools and Spa when we were building our pool back in 2008. He helped us choose the best and most affordable pool equipment, and has helped us maintain our pool and the equipment ever since. There is a lot to be said for the owner of a company who is not only extremely professional and knowledgeable, but who is also accessible when you need him. Without fail, a tech is at our home every week to check the levels of our pool and to thoroughly clean it. Our filters cleaned when necessary. If we ever have a problem with the equipment, Sean makes sure to check our warranty first, always looking to save us money. He is beyond honest and never upsells on anything he doesn’t deem necessary. Companies whom you completely trust and know have your best interest at heart are few and far between. This company is a one of those few. We have had our pool for over 7 years, and it sparkles just as blue as the day we first filled it. In addition, our equipment runs smoothly and our waterfall runs without fail every time. This is the peace of mind I was hoping for when we first built the pool. I would highly recommend Atlantis Pools and Spa to any of my friends without hesitation knowing they would be in excellent hands. I truly believe this is just the way Sean runs his business. I don’t think I’m getting special treatment, as I know all his customers receive the same first class attention.
