I HIGHLY recommend Atlas Design Center VA for anyone looking to get windows or doors replaced/installed. They did a fantastic job when replacing one of our sliding doors. I could write a novel on our amazing experience, but I'll keep it short and focus on the following 3 key aspects to this thoughtful team: communication, knowledge, and customer service.
Communication - Atlas Design Center was one of the best contractors we had when it came to communication. They provided quick quotes, as well as updates on shipments and installation dates. If/when I reached out to them, they would also respond right away!
Knowledge - From the very moment we talked to Atlas Design Center on the phone, they were able to understand what we were looking for and provide a rough estimate. When they came out to see the door we needed to replace, they were very knowledgeable about the options we had, the price ranges for each option, and the "accessories" we could add on. The best part was that they weren't pushy in trying to make us purchase the most expense door and simply told us the facts about what they would recommend (which in fact was a cheaper option).
Customer Service - I cannot say enough about the personality behind this business. Atlas Design Company is a first class vendor who truly values and respects their clients. Not only was their communication flawless (as I mentioned above), but the way they spoke to us from estimates through installation was remarkable. We felt like family.
Without a doubt, we will be working with Atlas Design Center again and I encourage you to do so too!
