    fence replacement

    After three visits they job is till not right. I finally said I give up because every time his crew shows up they do subpar work.
    They didn't bring, order or want to do the correct the properly so either didn't order .enough replacement posts and 2x4 or they just don't care. With the lack of communication to get them to come back. Thank god I contracted them from a big box store otherwise who knows if they would of came back. After three repairs the work still isn't perfect by any means, Money well wasted.

    Pictures speak louder than words. If you are considering hiring Atlas Remodeling/ Shawn West/ Property Repair Services, you must see the pictures in the link below. If you are uncomfortable clicking on the Google link to view the pictures, I will happily email the pictures to you. My list of complaints cannot be adequately conveyed in words. Let me begin by saying Shawn is a very nice guy, who until recently typically responded very quickly. However, I rarely saw him personally. Even when I had serious concerns and complaints about the quality of the work, he didn’t show up. Instead, he sent a different crew. He aims to please…but only until he gets paid. This was a $21,000 project ($12,000 for Shawn’s part) that was supposed to be finished almost a year ago, but it is still not finished. Unfortunately, I made my final payment believing I would just live with the poor quality and damages, but the work on the final day turned out to be completely unacceptable (paint began peeling the next day). Another reviewer stated that after paying Shawn, he never returned despite many emailed promises. In the pictures linked below, I have also included a sample of such promises he made to me since October. There are more emails and texts that I did not include in the sample. This project began over a year ago. Unfortunately, I’m about to hire another contractor to not only finish the job, but correct the poor quality of work and damages done by Shawn’s two crews. Further legal action may be necessary as well. Again, the pictures are visual proof of the quality of work. You must view the pictures before making a decision who to hire for your job. We are a family with four children. It took us more than many years to save for this project. We had more than five estimates for this job, two others of which were approximately the same price. If you are only getting a deck and you watch them carefully, you will probably get a satisfactory job. However, Shawn’s price for the deck was way more expensive than the other quotes I received. The door install is what made his price comparable to the others. We went with Shawn because we trusted him. Unfortunately, I don’t think his crews are completely capable of delivering a great product (see pics), despite Shawn’s desire to do so. As you can see in the image of just one of our email exchanges, Shawn promised since October to return to correct the poor quality of their work, but he has now stopped communicating altogether. I will be very disappointed if Shawn tries to justify this review with a response to the review rather than respond to me directly. Simply stating others are satisfied doesn’t make me or my family satisfied.

I apologize for any inconvenience with the old supervisor in charge of that side, he no longer works for Atlas . Contact us if you still need assistance.     We had a very difficult project and Atlas Remodeling never gave up on the multiple problems that were uncovered with this job. Being that this remodel was in a older house, there were continued problems uncovered. Nothing was like we expected, yet they worked with us and we never felt we were being gouged. In Fact, Shawn actually talked us into the least expensive avenue more than once.
    We couldn't recommend these people enough...
