Home Builder, Home additions, home improvements and consulting. I have been a Charleston resident pretty much all my life, kindergarten, grade school, high School, and College. I graduated from the Citadel with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. I worked for an "old school" home builder that dug and poured his own foundations, installed piers, framed and trimmed all his projects. I received my SC State Home builders License in 1978. Then I built a couple of speculative homes and some contract homes. A past member of the Charleston Trident Home builders Association and member of their board of directors, I have received a few Prism awards from the Charleston Trident Board or Realtors for home designs completed. I have received several awards from the Local Parade of Homes for custom home construction. I have built over 50 houses in the Tri-county area from the ground up and probably that many additions and home improvement projects. I have dealt with local engineers and architects.. I know my state and local building codes, I have a great group of sub-contractors and we are all licensed, bonded, and insured. I try and do only one or two jobs at a time until they are completed, to start another. I have an excellent portfolio of many pictures of the homes and projects that I have completed. In all my years as a builder, I have never been sued and I enjoy the work that I do and have a great reputation. Also, I became an award winning in ground swimming pool designer along the way.

Tom was at the job site personally daily and saw to it that the work was completed in a quality manner and on time.
