I purchased a home built by ATP construction about 7 months ago in Pueblo West. John gave me a year long warranty on this build. The amount of issues I have experienced have been never ending. This truly is the cheapest house I have ever lived in. Not only did he cut corners but used very cheap materials. I have taken numerous videos and pictures of the problems. Recently John told me I was lying… because there’s been “too much” wrong and that he’s going to stop the warranty. Here are some of the issues…. The sink not installed correctly causing water to pour out onto the floor. The edge of the stairs BROKE off due to poor construction. The air conditioning unit was never hooked up! The water in the refrigerator not hooked up. The doors were not put on properly and do not close well. The crown molding of the kitchen cabinets has been separating from cabinets. The handles to the cabinets are crooked. Looks cheap. The heater went out for the hot water in the first two months. The lights for the outside work sometimes. The dishwasher and refrigerator are the cheapest models I have ever seen. The fridge makes Loud noises all day and the dishwasher doesn’t open the door where the detergent is. So we end up having to run the dishwasher a few times hoping it will work. There are areas where the fake wood doesn’t reach the wall.
Unfortunately my wife and I will need to take our complaints to address this legally. But if you want a long lasting quality built home… look elsewhere.
