What started out as a much lower rating experience turned into a great one. There was a misunderstanding on the scope of the work due to miscommunication and it could have gone sour very quickly. Instead, they made it right and focused on getting the work done according to the original agreement, which was greatly appreciated. Just as a warning to any future customers, the individual who did most of the work spoke very little English so most of our communication was through Google Translate. We made it work but something to be aware of. Additionally, I would recommend being as crystal clear and documenting the exact scope of work just to ensure there are no potential misunderstandings. We are glad to have hired ATR for our home project.
