    the job for our replacement windows is fine but was not happy with public relations is not what we expected was not much communication , from Steve with the client . i had to keep contacting Steve either by e mail several times and at one time we even went to his home in kenosha when we went to also visit one of our friends, in kenosha so therefore we where not sure what was going on a lot of the time, we ordered the windows on sept. 9, 2018 and the install was not done until the middle of november i understand that Steve was in a accident , but a phone call would have been much appreciated to keep us in the loop
