Watch out their service call fees ! Receptinist are very rude they charge me twice for service fee When l called the front desk explain why l got charge twice for service fee when there is a labor fee . She was giving me nonsense explanation . Yelling at me no customer skills because of l would not recommend this place it is not the technician it is the front people they scam you . I wouldn’t recommend them brace of they threat you like shit . Person does their billing she is shady . She is very very rude lost my business and won’t get no recommendations from me ..,,,,

I feel compelled to warn others about using ATZ. I will spare you the long story, but I cannot recommend them to anyone in good conscience. Thomas as the owner of this company, your employees represent you as a business owner and a person. Although it's not entirely fair and the actions of one should not be all-encompassing, the fact remains that if your employees treat others with the level of disrespect and insolence that I experienced today, they will undoubtedly bring further negative reviews and possible legal action against your company. While reading many of the other reviews, I noticed several others who experienced the same regarding the "bizarre" and "rude" comments they received from the ladies who work within the office. This employee appeared to have no desire to keep her job or represent ATZ in a professional and ethical manner. I can only assume this employee must be related or family of some kind as I cannot fathom anyone speaking to a customer with the attitude and tone I experienced today. Ultimately, we must hire your competitor to finish the job which you could not complete correctly. I wish you the best in your future endeavors, but knowing when to remove poor employees is a valuable business skill.
