Terrible. He lies. His workers don’t know what they are doing. Everyday was an excuse why they weren’t there. They made a window over my sink. I could see the nails that went through in the kitchen and see outside because it was done so poorly. Scam

Augustine Lett stole $11,000 from us.
On July 30, 2022 we met at our house and executed a contract in excess of 100,000 for exterior work on our house. We also gave him a deposit of $35,000 which he cashed August 9, 2022.
In September 2022, Augustine dropped off deck boards to be used in the work.
On September 24, 2022, we met again at our house and Augustine said he couldn’t do the project for the agreed-upon price. He agreed to refund the difference between the $35,000 deposit and the actual cost of Azek decking he purchased and had delivered to us. He estimated the decking cost $24,000 but agreed to provide a receipt to show the actual amount of the refund.
After that, he ghosted us. Emails, calls, and texts were ignored and unreturned.
On November 15, 2022 we filed a Breach of Contract claim with the Barnstable District Court. The case is now pending.
