Aultman Construction (sole owner Billy Aultman) presents himself as being a Class A licensed contractor; however, he only has a Class C license that expired years ago. I contracted with Aultman Construction to complete a sunroom addition by December of 2019, 5 months after the committed deadline to complete the project, he disappeared from the project, and I discovered he had not paid many of the subcontractors who had performed work on my project. I incurred significant additional cost to complete the project, and even though I made multiple attempts to contact him, I was never able to reach him. I even contacted him about the removal of his trailer and tools from my property, and he had his ex-girlfriend contact me to retrieve the property. If you use Aultman Construction, purchase your own materials and confirm that the work is done and that any subcontractors have been paid prior to paying Mr. Aultman.

“Used” Aultman Construction in 2017. Gave him $11,000 for materials. He tore out my kitchen then disappeared with my money and cabinets. Had to send a dheriff’a deputy to retrieve cabinets but he didn’t have my money. Only spent a weekend in jail for failure to complete work. He is not licensed. He has scammed several people in multiple localities. Look him up in public court records. He is a CON. DO NOT USE BILLY AULTMAN
