Terrell is a crook. He gave me a quote after he reviewed the plans and we walked the job. Then, once the job started, he began to nickel and dime me to death. First he needed to get a permit, then a business license, etc. He continuously wined and complained about everything. He damaged my hardwood floors and other fixtures. Finally, I had enough, I paid him the initial price quoted and told him to leave. He continued to harass me and threated a mechanical lien on my business. This is a man you want to stay away from.
