Jeff Bergman was an experienced customer service representative, explaining in detail the expected course of completion of the work, answering all my questions in a thorough and friendly manner, keeping me advised of scheduling of various aspects of the work, and overall he was a great representative of his company. I would recommend Aurum, and Jeff Bergman in particular, to anyone needing the services they provide.
