Daniel Hoenig and his side kick Jose Chavez are crooks. When I lived in Austin they did the same thing to me as they did to the review before mine, dug a hole took money, did the unite took money and never came back it cost me about $40,000 out of my pocket to barely finish the pool. BEWARE of these crooks!!!

Contracted Austex 3 months ago to build a pool in my backyard. They dug a hole, collected money, spread the gunnite, collected money, left the job. I haven't heard anything from them in 2 months. They don't return calls. When they do, it's after 25 calls, and they send you a text message to tell you they don't know when they will finish the job. Google Dan Honig (owner) and Jose Chavez (COO). This is not their first gig.

Same story. Started the job & kept asking for more money. Hah to hire a lawyer to have them finish but the used the wrong materials & didn’t complete the contract. Had to hire another company to redo my pool. Honing cost me over $40,000. If you come across his name—RUN!
