Infiltrator pump tank failed 5/29/18 - installation not according to instructions per report by local representative (set too deep and in path of underground water). Tank failed 18 months after system went live 10/26/16. Holding tank outlet pipe sagging and turned upward in tank as soil was not compacted. Diverter ditches not dug as designed by engineer and are not functional. NC State Board for Licensing still investigating. Contractor (Marty Austin) would not honor warranty.
