This company does not provide dates of service for weekly cleaning. Invoices are sent incredibly late--sent me an invoice for combined months of September and October in December; and then refused/were unable to recall the weekly service when pool cleaning occurred.
I have 6 security cameras surrounding the perimeter of my property and one dedicated to the pool. My review of the footage revealed MULTIPLE weeks where NOONE serviced the pool, yet I was fully charged for the service and chemicals.
You would think if I was on a weekly schedule, it would be the same day every week and it would be easy for them to provide the day they serviced the pool. It's clearly not regular.
When I asked for the service dates from the company, they replied that moving forward they could provide me "an email for each visit from now on...[but] it will increase the bill with a 45.00/month administrative fee". Furthermore, to "add dates to each invoice would add 125.00/month."
What a joke of a company.
This is how they treat their customers. I want to let everyone know so they don't lose thousands of dollars down the drain.
If you do go with them, make sure to install and monitor cameras weekly. Make sure to get Jerry (the owner) to text you when they are coming and the time to verify actual service.
Or more conveniently, let this business die. With so many options in the area, who needs this level of customer service.
