Austin's Decks Unlimited finally (4 weeks overdue) finished rebuilding my back porch but did a horrible job. It looks really janky for the $50k I paid them and now I'm having to call gutter companies to come fix ADU's work (at a $900 minimum). ADU said they would come back to fix but - as soon as they were paid - they refuse to come back and honor their word.
I don't understand how they're allowed to stay in business treating customer's this way - how is any of this legal?
