    Various items

    Danny was hired by our home builder to repair various items in our home.
    While he was very kind and easy to talk to he didn’t do a good job on our outdoor pad. In fact he left the concrete pad in worse shape than it was before.

    I’ve reached out multiple times asking him to come back and fix it. Even offered to pay for it (not through the builder) and every text has been ignored.

    While being nice is good, doing a good job in this case would be better.
