  Concrete paintinf

  These people are AWFUL! They do a beautiful job in the beginning but when something is wrong or you need their help for a fixing job you can forget the communication! We have contacted them in every way, COUNTLESS times. We even tried from a new number and before they would talk to us they made us say our name THEN THEY IGNORED US!!! Disgusting! They shouldn’t even be in a business!!!!!!

  Wouldn't even show up for a simple estimate. Said he was "to busy". We weren't spending enough money to be a priority and "it didn't behoove him to come to York". Then personally called and got an attitude with me because I was upset. These people shouldn't even be in business because they have no clue how to run one.

  Overlay 2patios, sidewalk and small porch

  We had them do work for us in July 2015. They do beautiful work. The small porch starting flaking tI'll spring. We called or texted several times. Eric promised to come and repair, clean and reseal the porch and 2 patios. Promises that's all we got. The worst part is he used me for reference not knowing he'd not make his work right.

  I must update my 12-27-12 review--We filed a civil suit and we won the case for full reimbursement but still we have seen no money nor repair. They do a beautiful job but when something that they are responsible for goes wrong, you can forget it. They are not going to fix it. I would never recommend these folks who just take your money and run. Remember- their finished project at our home started to go bad within three months and continues to look worse and worse because they will not come back to fix it nor will they refund our money, as court ordered, to enable someone else with better work ethic to do it again.

  We saw Authentic Concrete's work at our neighbors garage. We were impressed and had them give an estimate for our basement floor. They just completed the work yesterday and it was everything we hoped for and more. We actually gave them a tile we saw at Lowes and they were able to duplicate it onto our floor. They were very accommadating. They showed us and eXplained every step they were doing and we even made some color changes during the process which they seemed happy to do. The whole project was about 600 square feet and they were some done in about 3 1/2 days. We are considering doing our patio in the summer.

  We recently contracted Authentic Concrete Solutions to do our garage floor. We couldnt be happier with the results !! We wanted something different than the DIY look of one color with the paint chips thrown in. We called Eric and Laura and they came out promptly, showed us before and after pics of countless jobs they did and assisted us in choosing the right pattern and colors. They were on time for all their work and within three days we have a beautiful floor. We did a tile design and the craftsmanship is amazing. Our neighbors couldnt believe it was the same floor and are having them do more work !! They even returned after a few days and helped my husband move a freezer back in the garage. Thank you

  Authentic Concrete applied an epoxy tile look to our bathroom walls. The quality of the workmanship was amazing! I don't ever have to worry about cleaning or re-sealing my grout again! Definitely would recommend!!

  We used Authentic Concrete Solutions to give our front porch a makeover. They well exceeded our expectations. They were able to match our existing brick on our house. The detail was unbelievable. I highly recommend this company!

  These people are NOT reliable and I would think twice, no ten times, before signing a contract with them or giving them a down payment. Long story short, they put us off so long that they squeezed our concrete job in mid-November in too cold of weather. Their surface popped and cracked within the first two, three months and they would not make it right. The details are so lenghty it's hard to write it all in a paragraph. I have had a lawyer write Eric and Lauren a letter with no resolution to faulty work. My next step will be a civil suit and going to their display at the Builder's Show in Harrisburg to voice my experience to anyone who will listen.
