Run—don’t walk—away from this outfit. Collapsed in Kansas and Missouri for a reason. Predatory. Dishonest.
Our case: the builder is contractually required to fix defects in the first year. We followed the process. They stalled, dodged, and flat-out ignored it.
The damage:
• Flooring: Broken, shifting LVP in kitchen and garage entry.
• Bathroom: Tiles cracking and moving from sloppy install.
• HVAC: Undersized by 50–65% (verified by manual J) despite installer claims.
• Garage Door: Painted and sticking, weather trim botched.
• Sliding Door: Missing promised screen, misaligned, jams in cold weather.
Their tactic: hide behind disposable staff who deflect until you give up—classic bad-faith play.
Bottom line: Buy from them and you’ll be paying for their failures yourself.
