Unfortunately our Ashbury Villas HOA just hired Avalon to replace our terrible lawn care company (SUB) PAR 3. After a few short weeks they’re obviously worse. For a subdivision with approximately 80 homes they only have 3 workers who take 12 hrs. to complete a mow, weedwack and blow. If it rains they skip till the next week. They’re so cheep, they don’t collect the cut grass but mulch it back onto your lawn then smear it all over your sidewalk and drive their mowers over it to leave dark green tire stains and clumps of grass.
If you have pets who hang out in the backyard or want to spend time on your property the day of service forget it.
You have to wait around for an entire day and they leave a huge mess behind!
We just had our dues raised for this so called upgrade. I call it a RIP OFF!
