Avant-Garde did a seismic retrofit on a 1400 square foot single story rancher 1950's vintage. They knew exactly what to do,
gave me several add-on options (we took all but one), got the permit, and completed the work on schedule. The retrofit is very impressive and no doubt secures the structure quite well. They were friendly, efficient, communicative, and knowledgeable. There is nothing I would improve about Avant-Garde's performance.
