    Dental clinic and early 1900s full house reno
    $11,000,000

    I worked with Mr. Nazar Vincent at Avatar for over a year doing a full house gut renovation in Somerville and then we hired him for the build-out of our new dental office in Cambridge. The quality of the work was impeccable - they employ true craftsmen who know how things are meant to be done. Nazar's vision is of a true professional. I highly recommend to work with him from the beginning and having him involved in the early stages of any project. His collaboration along with their architect really prooved his concept of design and build that we were not familiar with and all along thought that an outsourced archtect is the answer. There was a carpenter/supervisor on sight every day managing the work on-sight and I had easy access and regular meetings with the project manager to assess project progress, costs and the inevitable issues that arise when you are working on an old house that was built in the early 1900s. Avatar is my go-to.

    As someone that has developed before, and someone that understands a bit in construction and engineering, hats off to Avatar for building a great building for us in Merrimack. I know this industry isn't easy and I have seen the weather conditions and difficulties these guys go through, but seriously, these guys do it on time and on budget. We got a great deal on the kitchen cabinets and countertops as well.

    French Style House

    I had a Home Built by this company few years back. I must say that the quality of construction and install is very good and the employees are were very professional. What was the a relief to me is that even after the warranty was not active, they still came and helped me out to fix my furnace.
