Was the worst experience ever. Fraudulent, deceptive, insurance scammers and non transparent. Fire damage to my home. Required me to give them my entire insurance check where i would not have access unless they signed off on it in the Suntrust bank they use. Had reconstruction for my 1 story, 1000 ft. Home with no basement or crawl space. They partially demoed, place tarp over the roof to prevent further damage and hauled trash away to the tune of about $52,000. Would not allow me to know what they were charging even after asking them time after time. Would not follow pricing on insurance scope but designed their own price list. Was fraudulent as they constantly tried to find ways to beat the insurance company. When the insurance company would not pay them they came after me. But of course they made sure all my monies was placed in the bank so that they could chisel away on it until i would have nothing left. Wouldnt let me have documentation of what they were doing or pricing until I cancelleled the contract then I learned what the deal was. They sent letter to insurance company with my name as cc: when i had no idea of what they were doing. Please people do not bother with this headache. This company is crooked as all get out, I don't care how professional they appear. Just dont bother to get caught up. Fire chasers and scammers. Please be aware. This is your warning. Be aware!!!!! I am a senior. Was coming through a period of my husband diagnosed with 4th stage cancer, my daughter had just died, my house burned down and eventually my husband passed. This company knew of my vulnerabilities at the time and tried to take full advantage of it. Eventually, added one more thing for me to deal with among the others. Also this company has been in business since 1976. Where are the customer reviews on their website. Saw one customer but the others is their spin on their professprofessionalism. Saw 2 or 3 on another website, of course not possitive. QUICKLY RUNNNNNN AWAY!!!!!!!

Was a wonderful experience after such a large loss. They walked me through the claims process and gave me relief I was not expecting and my home looks beautiful. One thing most important to me was that i could always speak to someone when i call with a question, and that there were no surprises. I was able to make small changes to my home so it a bit more modern ( completely unexpected ).
Good experience overall during a horrible time in me and my families life.
