I could not select more than one item under What did you like about this contractor. The appropriate answer is all of the above. Gerry Miller was very efficient, very knowledgeable, and identified and repaired the water damage to my home so that it matched the rest perfectly. Since it’s just completed, I can not know yet if the measures to prevent a recurrence will work, but I trust his knowledge, experience and especially, his explanation of those measures. I highly recommend him. He also did a great job on the estimate, detailing the work to be done. I rejected two of his competitors estimates because they did not give clear criteria by which to measure completion of the job.

This was a major building project, storm damages to roof, siding, three enterer rooms and garage. Damages occurred in August , settlement on insurance in October and work began November of 2020.
We had delays due to siding availability from December 2020 until mid February 2021. Snow storm in March 2021made work difficult but through it all work was completed on the last week in March.
The finished product was excellent!
