I would never recommend this person. Terrible work ethic, sloppy work, can't keep on schedule, doesn't communicate with the client. The results of his work look like a DIY project. Our realtor recommended him. The results of the work are so bad we're going to get another realtor and have to find another contractor to fix his job just a couple months after he finished it. Really bad recommendation

I have read the prior review and must say that my experience was the exact opposite. I hired him to do a kitchenette in my “ mother in law unit” in an older home Avery is extremely knowledgeable and has been very professional for the entire process. We actually pulled in him many other directions during the project because there is so much to do in this old home. He is very smart and kind and was happy to take care of the “ lateral” stuff that came up. I am so grateful for his kindness. Due to a family tragedy I had to pause near the end of my project. He gracefully moved on to another client and soon will finish my work , along with so many other things we need him to do. There are no words to express how grateful I am for this talented and honest contractor. They are not easy to find any more. His rates are very reasonable for his vast knowledge.
