  Tree trimming

  I had used Avery many years ago after Hurricane Sandy when it was difficult to find contractors and they did a reasonably good job and delivered on their promise. Years later I needed trees cut back at a new property so we called them They cam quickly and did an OK job, I paid them in full without seeing the finished job as I was out of town. Came home and found that they left a mess in my driveway and also didn't finish the job. Texted Kelly (the owner) and he responded saying they would be back in a few days. Never came. texted a few more times over the next month and he completely ignored my texts. Bottom line, they took my money and ran without completing the job and leaving a mess behind. I was a repeat customer and now a former customer, won't use them ever again.

  tree removal and clearing

  Avery was recommended by a friend so I did not look for other contractors
  Arrived with no chipper which they said they would have; so the debris had to be moved to a truck and then sent to the dump and the guy was gone over two hours; So debris was moved 2x to the side of the house and to the truck. The plan included trimming which was not done to the discussion Trees were cut but trimming not to the level that was discussed. Trimming to get sun in the yard and away from the house not done. I believe if the chipper had been available the work would have gone quicker and more would have been accomplished. It seems the company used to be good but has gone downhill. Now mr Kelly is not answering or returning my calls. We had 4 appts and he didn't make anyone. I paid cash my mistake......I would like the company to fulfill their contract and complete the job do not hire this company

  Neighbor hired them for tree removal

  My neighbor contracted Kelly Avery to remove a tree from their property. Without my permission Avery trespassed on my property to facilitate the removal, consequently smashing my retaining wall, lawn and driveway. They left the tree trunk for several days before they came to get it. They never came back to repair the damage. One month later I have called more than six times speaking with the Kelly the proprietor to no avail.
