Avidus staff took the time to actually go on the roof to really see what was needed. They were able to establish that I had solid tongue and groove and didn't need additional sheeting before re-roofing, a saving of nearly $2,000. The other two contractors bidding on the job didn't bother to go on the roof and quoted me for sheeting regardless. Avidus staff also noticed some decayed facia board and added its replacement in their quote. Avidus staff took the time to explain each of the item on the invoice and the reasons why they needed to be installed (explaining some of the building code regulations). Avidus staff didn't overcharge me for dumping fees. Overall, their pricing was around $3,100 less than the other two contractors even though it included extra work on the facia board. Great work done quickly, cleanly, and efficiently. Highly recommended.
