Noe and his crew didn't bother with any standards. It cost me $9000.00 to repair the damage. I tried to take him to court and he hid behind his LLC and got away with no consequences. I had to saw, jackhammer, drill and epoxy loads of rebar. I had to get a backhoe and dig down to frost line on one corner. Tell all of your friends. Do a little research and you will find this is typical thing.
