Review Summary: Failure to Complete and Financial Mismanagement of Funds by Avworx.
I engaged Jesse Avritt of AvWorx for a prefabricated metal building project starting in January 2024, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The project was supposed to take 4-5 months, and despite paying over $178,000, the project remains incomplete, with significant delays and a lack of communication from the team.
Key issues include:
· Failure to Complete the Project: AvWorx has not fulfilled their contractual obligations, leaving critical work unfinished.
· Unapproved Change Orders: They issued multiple change orders without my consent, leading to unexpected costs.
· Financial Mismanagement: Two subcontractors have filed liens for unpaid labor and materials, raising concerns about the handling of funds.
Overall, I cannot recommend AvWorx based on my experience. Their lack of professionalism and accountability has caused significant frustration and financial strain.
