This company does very neat and clean work. We can control 95% of our system with efficiency. After the job is complete, the "service after the sale" is lacking. We experienced a cable problem that caused a lack of all video to a room. We were informed that a tech was unavailable for 2 weeks because the equipment necessary to fix the cable was in Florida. I ordered a new cable myself to fix the problem.

This company is entirely unprofessional. Our general contractor used them. We've contacted them repeatedly over issues - and I say repeatedly because they never respond to emails and calls. When they do they are hours late and the issue takes several attempts to fix. We hired a new company. Do NOT waste the money on these guys. it's a huge headache.
