    Water damage throughout house & lower level apartment.

    Our experience with AW Restoration was amazing. We had a leak in the refrigerator ice maker/drink line that caused tremendous water damage throughout the house & lower level apartment. My insurance company started giving me names of companies to use to start demolition & clean up. I knew of ServoPro from a previous water accident in my main house. As soon as the agent mentioned ServoPro, I stopped her for their number. ServoPro/AW Restoration Oceanside was there within hours. I was extremely impressed on the thoroughness of their assessing the damage, which was beyond our own eyes. These guys knew what to look for & made sure we knew the whole picture before they finished the demolition & cleanup. As we spoke I learned AW Restoration was also in the repairs business. This I did not know from my previous experience a different banch of ServoPro. There were a lot of issues to deal with; however my insurance company was able too work directly with AW Restoration. We were told the work will get our home back to pre-damage conditions. What happened is the house was better than ever, besides from being built in 1920. Everyone was professional, kind & courtesy towards us during the cleanup & repairs process. Safety measures were followed, especially during the current Pandemic.     Having previous experience with my condo being flooded, AW blows the competition away. They did a fantastic job of getting my place back to normal and better than before. No request of mine went was denied. The workers were diligent and knowledgeable.
