I have been waiting since August 2020 for Axium Solar to repair an inverter. The work they do I believe is very good. They just don't respond on a timely basis for residential repairs. Once you receive a service ticket, they never follow up and at least tell you it will be two, three, or four months. They did tell me it would be a minimum of one month,.

My poor rating is based on their maintenance response. Initial installation of my 22 panels was very good.
