    Axle Construction is a group of unprofessional and unreliable people, with a few exceptions.
    They say they specialize in Manufactured Homes, and oddly enough, come ‘Highly Recommended’ by Park Management. One has to wonder if they are all in cahoots!?
    They issue bids with no per line item breakdown. They generalize their bids instead of detailing exactly what will be done. So much so they pride themselves by writing a significant amount of work on one page and in print you need a microscope to read. They hide unlisted charges in their bids, and when they undertake the work, the cost listed in their bids suddenly skyrockets because “Well, that wasn’t in our first bid, so it’s going to cost you more.”
    Their work is shoddy, half-hearted, and down right terrible. The work is done with no attention whatsoever to detail. When a significant defect is found by the homeowner, they confuse you with double talk, or they change the subject, and the defect goes unchanged. They do not finish the work in a timely manner, and drag it out until you get frustrated and you just want them to go away.
    The opinion of one homeowner can be summed up as “They’re con artists seeing just how much money they can get away from you.”
    Work is done without any permits, neither being applied for, approved, or displayed.
    The overall quality of their work is poor, and their prices are high. Look for another company, virtually ANY OTHER company but them. Zero stars. In fact, if possible, negative three stars. Find someone else!
