    Kitchen remodel
    $150,000

    We recently hired Shawn for a kitchen renovation project and could not recommend him more highly. Shawn worked with us on the planning, design, and budgeting for months leading up to the project. He was extremely communicative every step of the way. Once the project got started, Shawn would check in with us every day. His entire team was efficient, reliable, and pleasant and ultimately they did an amazing job in a short amount of time. We will definitely be hiring Shawn for future renovation projects we have planned for our home.

    Kitchen remodel and three bathroom vanities and counters and flood remediation

    I had hired a cabinet maker in 2022 to redo our kitchen cabinets and 3 bathroom vanities. Then I hired Shawn and AYA through Buildzoom.

    AYA was very professional and kept the mess to a minimum. I was anticipating the job taking 2 months but Shawn finished in 6 weeks; Unfortunately my cabinet makers were behind schedule and we had to wait for them to complete their work before our counters could be installed.

    And in addition to this we had flooding issues in our storage room and garage. I hired Shawn to make those repairs as well.

    I would definitely recommend AYA to anyone looking for a reliable contractor.

    Bathroom remodel

    Shawn and his team are very professional. They work quickly and maintain high quality. Shawn himself was on site almost every day to supervise the work, and he called me often to check in and make sure things were going well and answer any of my questions. We are very happy with our new bathroom!

    Replace roof

    I needed a complete new roof and have complicated roof pitches. Shawn provided a competitive and fair bid, scheduled the work and they performed as promised. The workers were polite, cleaned up daily and thoroughly at job completion, and communicated with me when necessary. Would definitely use AYA Homes again.

    Aya Homes was very easy to work with, quick, friendly and high quality work. We used them for bathroom re-tiling, some vent/duct work, and drywall enclosing a loft attic. They worked quickly and carefully. Shawn the owner is great, friendly, knowledgeable and fair.

    Repair the roof under a second-story deck

    I had a difficult project that I was dreading - repairing the roof under a second-story deck, which require removing the deck, fixing the roof, then replacing the deck. Shawn Adjari and his AYA Homes team made it one of the least stressful home improvement projects I've undertaken! He came out personally to look over the deck, give me an estimate and explain the charges. His crew arrived promptly and got it all done in three days, while being very polite and unobtrusive. I was very satisfied with my experience with AYA Homes LLC!
