I hate to give him bad feedback because he is new business and the new owner of this company. I have no choice to give 1 star but he does reserve no star. I called my previous AC tech to come to check my AC but he told me he had a job in Miami and he referred me to mr. Giuseppe. I was with mr. Giuseppe all the time when he replaced my AC contactor and added AC hard start kit (Kickstar KS1) and 3 lbs of freon. I got the bill for total amount of $385 with 1 hour labor charged for $75. I was told by mr. Giuseppe that his price is the best price in town and I can check with other companies. Later, I found my AC hard start kit (Kickstar KS1) in google from $40-$50 range and Ebay for $39.95 plus free shipping. He charged me for AC hard start kit for $140. My freon previous reading on the low side is 40 psi and he charged up to around 53 psi. He wrote on the invoice is 65 psi and charged me for 3 lbs for freon. I did not question his freon charged on the weight. I called mr. Giuseppen and question his price regarding AC hard start kit charged and he got mad and threaten me that he will remove his parts back and put my old part back. Please stay away from this company and this owner. He is not honest and jerk and unprofessional in this business. I will file my complaint this company and the owner through BBB.
